2007 was a productive year. We set up a new "client-server" computer architecture for the church. It provides a better multi-user environment, provides central database storage, and permits frequent back-ups of important files, which are then archived off-site. It also provides an integrated e-mail environment and calendaring system.
We collaborated with the Communication Sub-committee in providing a new WPC website which "went live" in mid October.
Finally, we worked with the Software TaskForce to develop a new architecture that will integrate our QuickBooks financial software with our membership software, thus providing better reporting to our several Session committees.
